All\u00ed tambi\u00e9n ley\u00f3 su doctorado en el a\u00f1o 2002. Su investigaci\u00f3n doctoral se basaba en analizar el discurso utilizado en Ormulum (a\u00f1o 1200). Tambi\u00e9n tiene un m\u00e1ster en E-Learning: \u201cICT Application in Education and Instruction\u201d de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (a\u00f1o 2005). En 2009 gan\u00f3 una plaza de profesor permanente (professor Agregado) en la Universidad de Lleida. Despu\u00e9s de unirse al CLA, los temas de su investigaci\u00f3n se han ampliado para incluir el estudio del pluriling\u00fcismo en la Universidad.
